General Information
Mary was buried at Seaton in 1826 at the age of 75. She was described as 'of Glapston' at the time of her marriage which was thought to refer to Glaston in Rutland. However there is no trace of her baptism in the Glaston PRs, and so her birthplace is uncertain.

None planned. However some fellow researchers are researching the family of who married Mary Jane Stanger, great granddaughter of Mary Pickering. This research has led into Northamptonshire and I am hopeful that some clues about Mary's origins will emerge from their work.
